Shipping Information
The delivery time for each item can be found on the respective product detail page. If several items with different delivery times are ordered, the longest delivery time applicable to the order will apply. Towards the end of the year, from around November onwards, parcel volumes have historically increased significantly. In such exceptional situations, transit times may unfortunately be extended by one to two working days.
We ship via DHL and DPD. Delivery is guaranteed on weekdays only (Monday to Friday), and not on Sundays or public holidays.
Deliveries outside Germany generally require an additional two to three working days (depending on the destination country and the weight of the shipment).

For same-day express shipping, the order must be received by 12:00 noon. Hazardous goods cannot be ordered via express shipping as a standard option. Please contact us in advance regarding this.
Orders which cannot be shipped via parcel carriers due to their nature, volume or weight will be delivered nationally and internationally by Schenker or Dachser. A telephone number for the recipient is always required in order to coordinate the delivery date.

PayPal is a widely used payment service provider that offers you various payment options, including purchase on account, direct debit, credit card, bank transfer, and, more recently, payment in installments. In addition, you always receive full buyer protection, ensuring that you are perfectly covered.
After completing your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. There, you must log in and authorize the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay as a guest.
