This thread-reinforced wet adhesive tape is particularly tear-resistant and ideal for use as packaging tape.
Simply moisten the item and apply it to the surface to be bonded. It immediately forms a strong and above all environmentally friendly bond that adheres well even to dusty surfaces. The initial tack is inferior to that of synthetic tapes. However, once dry, it provides an extremely strong permanent bond. Unlike PVC or PP plastic tapes, direct sunlight does not affect wet adhesive tapes. The material does not lose its adhesive strength or durability, except for a slight color change.
The adhesive is based on a potato starch derivative (dextrin) and is environmentally harmless.
Our tip for easy application:
Place a damp sponge on a waterproof surface and pull the tape through between your thumb and the sponge with the rubberized side facing down.
