This is coarse titanium powder, which is milled from solid material. The particles are first cleaned, i.e., freed from dust and cooling lubricants, and then classified according to the target fraction. Compared to titanium sponge powder, the content of pure titanium is lower here, and the content of alloying elements (V, C, Ni, Fe) is correspondingly higher. Suitable applications include: catalyst support, laboratory reagent.
