This aluminium powder is made in Germany. A previously produced aluminum spray grit is ground in ball mills with the help of fatty acids . Here the primary particles undergo a change in size, but more importantly a change in shape. The resulting particles are now platelet-shaped.
A medium-coarse aluminum flake with high active metal content.
Preferred areas of application
- Filler in polymer processing (2K systems, fillers, varnishes, paints)
- Aerated concrete
- Chemical reducing agent / Gas generators
- Pyrotechnics
