Our wet adhesive tape is ideal for use in picture frame sealing or for tamper-evident sealing of goods shipments.
Simply moisten the tape and apply it to the surface to be bonded. It immediately creates a strong and, above all, environmentally friendly bond that adheres well even on dusty surfaces. The initial adhesion is inferior to that of synthetic tapes. However, once the tape is dry, it provides an extremely durable and strong bond. Unlike plastic tapes made of PVC or PP, direct sunlight does not affect wet adhesive tapes. Apart from a slight color change, the material does not lose its adhesive strength or durability.
The adhesive is based on a potato starch derivative (dextrin) and is ecologically safe.
Our tip for easy application:
Place a damp sponge on a waterproof surface and pull the tape through between your thumb and the sponge with the rubberized side facing down.
